SUMMARY OF ROLE 

 

This role is responsible for day-to-day administrative task associated with hiring the best talent at Maxeon. Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with Talent Acquisition mainly during pre-onboarding and onboarding, may also be required to facilitate external posting, candidate testing, coordinate travel, schedule interviews and manage change requests. This role equally upholds Maxeon Solar Technologies’ commitment to create meaningful candidate experience, one hire at a time. 

 

This role reports to HR Shared Services, with a dotted line to Talent Acquisition Manager 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): 

 

  • Assists Talent Acquisition team with external job posting and interview scheduling management via automated scheduling tool and accommodate changes with speed 

  • Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data at pre-employment stage 

  • Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HR Shared Services, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations 

  • Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and candidates, as a point of contact (via email, chat etc.). Refers to Talent Acquisition Specialist when applicable 

  • Participates in recruitment related events and provides analytical support in implementation of recruitment projects and programs (i.e. referral, branding, etc.). 

  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process. 

  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules, and regulations. 

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

 

Minimum requirements & experiences 

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, administrative support or any related fields  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and applicable apps (i.e. online meeting platforms etc.) 

  • Organizational skills on scheduling, logistics and document management 

  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
