Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for strengthening and further developing SunPower’s Distributed Generation market, by means of:

  • Developing and expanding SunPower Distributors network in France
  • Initiate and manage strategic cooperation with Key partners for residential and light commercial project
  • Exploring alternative markets (e.g. new home builders) 
  • Alternative sales initiatives (e.g. advantage installers program)  

 

This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment; is capable of forming new and developing existing relationships with our partner base and has the vision and experience to manage a closely knit dealer network.
 

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage distributor and key partners networks
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas
  • Analyze regional markets and competitive product landscape
  • Help distributor and dealer networks implement tools to leverage SunPower’s advantages and increase sales to the end customer
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department and Sales Director to jointly develop regional marketing plan
  • Drive implementation of robust sales forecasting system throughout customer base
  • Manage expense budgets
  • Pipeline management through CRM tools
  • Manage ASPs and receivables to pre-defined targets
  • Develop and manage regional strategic partnerships, as required
  • Complies at all time the Environment, Health and Safery and Quality standards, rules and regulations

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of Sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Solar PV or a closely related industry
  • With relevant experience in managing distributors and dealer networks
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Fluency in French and English is a minimum requirement

 

 

Responsable régional des ventes

 

Le Responsable Régional des Ventes sera chargé de renforcer le positionnement des panneaux SunPower sur le marché français du photovoltaïque résidentiel et commercial. Ses missions consisteront à :

  • Développer et étendre le réseau de distributeurs SunPower en France
  • Initier et continuer la relation avec des comptes installateurs stratégiques pour le segment résidentiel et tertiaire
  • Explorer des marchés alternatifs (par exemple, les constructeurs de maisons neuves)
  •  Supporter différentes initiatives commerciales (par exemple, programme réseau installateurs indirects)

Ce rôle convient à une personne motivée, axée sur les résultats et à l'aise dans un environnement entrepreneurial ; Le candidat est capable de nouer de nouvelles relations et de d’amener les relations existantes à des niveaux de collaboration, de confiance et d’activité supérieurs.

Responsabilités

  • Construire et gérer des réseaux de distributeurs et revendeurs
  • Atteindre les quotas de vente trimestriels et annuels
  • Analyser les marchés régionaux et le paysage concurrentiel des produits
  • Aider les réseaux de distributeurs et de revendeurs à mettre en place des outils pour tirer parti des avantages de SunPower et augmenter les ventes au client final
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département marketing et le directeur des ventes pour développer conjointement le plan marketing régional
  • Mettre en œuvre des actions marketing locales et soutenir les initiatives de nos partenaires
  • Piloter la mise en œuvre d'un système de prévision des ventes robuste dans l'ensemble de la clientèle
  • Gérer les budgets de dépenses
  • Tenir les prix de vente au niveau désiré.
  • Maîtriser les créances clients et obtenir les paiements dans les délais impartis
  • Collecter l’information transactionnelle de nos distributeurs afin de tenir à jour la base des installateurs Sunpower.
  • Suivi des offres commerciales à travers les outils CRM
  • Développer et gérer des partenariats stratégiques régionaux, au besoin
