       1)  Project and Program Management

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects that will impact system, process, organization
  • Oversee the implementation of projects and program globally, working in partnership with R&D, Manufacturing Operations, Quality & Reliability, NPI, Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Independently organize project teams and oversee all aspects of projects, serving as a liaison among the project management team, line management, and leadership team

 

         2) PMO Governance

  • Define, maintain, and reinforce good project management processes, templates, and reporting
  • Share learnings & project results across the organization to transfer valuable knowledge gained from each project
  • Maintain knowledge base repositories
  • Coordinate work across the Project Management community to ensure consistency in how projects are delivered
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to provide accurate insights into project performance, threats, and opportunities that can affect important strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate or co-chair the Enterprise PMO Governance board to focus attention on critical issues/risks that could significantly impact organizational direction, facilitate the right level of conversation & decision making at the right time
  • Ensure the implementation of various organizational strategies with portfolio-level investments in programs and projects deliver specific results, changes, or products

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of Project Management experience in a regional/global and diverse cultural organization
  • Project Management certification is a must
  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification (desirable)
  • Strong Stakeholder Management across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive and influence change in a regional/global and diverse cultural organization
  • Ability to motivate and influence without formal authority
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to articulate complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
