Job Description:

Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Installs configure and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. Maintains passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. May participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects. May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.


Knowledge and Technical Skills:

  • Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
  • Deploying build images and software’s using SCCM to Laptops and Desktops.
  • Supporting and interacting with end users, including moves, transfers, new hires, etc.
  • Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Inventory Management including disposal and intake
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of assets


Troubleshooting & fixing tech issues:


  • Desktop
  • Laptop
  • Accessories
  • Windows or MAC with basic troubleshooting (Example: Email configuration/Drive Mapping/Connectivity issues)
  • Mobile Device
  • VIP Users Onetime support
  • VPN Connectivity/Installations
  • Hardware Request (Example: New hire/ Leaver Request/Office Movement)
  • Printer troubleshooting (Very minimal support but coordinate with local facilities and Vendor)
  • Application and database installation / troubleshooting
  • Data back up and recovery
  • MS Teams issue and configuration
  • Network Equipment and Server

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 - 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience in T1 - T2 Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeable in windows applications and software installation
  • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule
  • Good English communication skills and client management skills
