As Senior Account Analyst, you will be responsible in collection activities, collaborating with customers and sales for timely resolution of outstanding receivables, preparing, and analyzing accounts receivable reports, perform monthly closing activities, conducting root cause analysis for issues, assisting with audits, and managing customer account reconciliations. The position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and a focus on delivering accurate timely results.


Job Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

  • Collection Activities. Interact with Customers and Sales with less supervision and can directly collaborate with them to resolve outstanding receivables timely.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit various AR Reports to Management timely.
  • Perform monthly closing activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose right solution on issues.
  • Assist with any Audit requirements by providing requested details and responding within required time frame.
  • Able to do customer account reconciliation.
  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations.
  • Performs other duties may be assigned.





Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or College Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • With atleast 5 years working experience collection.
  • Preferably with exposure in shared service set – up.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Analytical and keen to details.
  • With strong technical skills to interact and analyze data.
  • Willing to work on nightshift schedule.


Preferred Requirements:

  • With strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively contact and collect payments from customers.
  • With experience working/ handling US customers.
