Are you ready to power positive change?  

Your Mission: As our Assistant Manager Treasury, based in Albuquerque, NM and reporting to the Senior Director Treasury Operations, your role will be pivotal in the Treasury department, providing expertise on all aspects of banking and cash management across a multi-entity, multi-currency organization. You will lead the day-to-day cash management and short term funding requirements, you will drive cash forecasting along with process optimization, as well as supporting all other parts of the organization in any Treasury activity.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

• Ensure that the business maintains enough liquidity and support global cash management activities
• Prepare funds transfer requests and monitor banking transactions
• Provide operational support in all daily Treasury related activities
• Provide operational support to our project of a new factory in the US
• Assist in Foreign Exchange conversion, confirmation, settlement, and facilities requirements
• Standby Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee issuance
• Support the onboarding of new banks, ensure opening, maintenance, monitoring, and closing of bank accounts
• Oversee internal controls/SOX audits
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash position reports
• Analyze monthly intercompany loan reporting for group
• Review, develop and automate existing operational procedures to support overall company policies and objectives
• Assist with the implementation of new banking structure and other projects as needed
• Assist in relationship with US banks and financial institutions
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor or similar degree in Finance or Business Administration, OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
• At least 3 years relevant treasury or finance experience, preferably in MNC or Bank
• Strong team player with a positive attitude & good communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

It would be Nice if You Have:

• Experience and knowledge of Treasury System and Treasury accounting will be an asset. Our TMS is INTEGRITY application from FIS
• further professional qualification would be a plus

The US base salary range for this position is $91,200-$114,000 annually + benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
