Job Description:
A skilled integration engineer to implement quality-check procedures for our advanced high Efficiency Solar Cell. As an integration engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing yield loss by using the defect mapping, FA skill to identify the problem. Teamwork with Process/Equipment Engineers and Equipment Technicians to optimize process recipe and Equipment parameters in meeting goals set by the company by way of continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to work in a demanding set of functions and turn challenges into opportunity by applying problem solving tools and knowledge methodology.
- Work closely with process engineers to improve product yield and to troubleshoot process flow from root causes to equipment tuning.
- Own and lead the stability, improvement, maintenance, and performance functions of extremely advanced tools.
- Engineers lead the breakthrough that enables us to manufacture our high efficiency Solar Cell technology with an innovative way and keep at the top of the technology industry.
- To provide first level engineering analysis for defects support in engineering projects such as cost reduction, yield & reliability improvement and new line/equipment start-up.
- To review equipment data log, errors and SPC to ensure equipment are always running
smoothly and develop necessary OCAPs and etc. - To drive improvement projects to reduce yield loss.
- To perform root cause analysis on yield and address issues using problem solving
methodologies such as 8D approach and 7QC Tools. - To prepare for and attend required meetings.
- To comply with the standards, norms and regulations of quality of the environment,
health and safety and manufacturing.
Requirement:
• Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in wafer cell manufacturing, wafer fabrication or PV Cells/
Module manufacturing background is preferable.
• Analytical, able to perform risk analysis and mitigation with strong problem-solving skills
(FMEA, 5 whys, 8D).
• Good command of computer knowledge including MS Windows applications.
• Good team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
