SUMMARY OF ROLE

Manage and oversee the overall Global Revenue/Project Accounting and Reporting, Inventory Control and Compliance and Transfer Price functions.  The position will report to the Director of Finance Shared Services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop 8 people (plus 1 additional request for ICC)
• Forecasting and planning to provide relevant information to stakeholders and business partners
• Validation and monitoring of the team’s procedures/policies
• Review, Reporting and Analysis

• Month-end close activities
• Weekly reporting/dashboard
• Cycle Review – P&L and BS
• Inventory Count Performance and Coverage
• Master file – for P&L preparation
• Corporate Requirements for Filing/Reporting (e.g. 6K, 10Q, 20F)
• Transfer pricing set-up

• SOX / PBCs

• Tie-Outs
• Fluxes
• Handles 13 Key and 5 Non-Key Controls

• Warranty Assessment/Models
• Lead or provides support in process improvement initiatives and project implementation/UATs

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) - an advantage
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance – Revenue, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent
• Has knowledge with Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry
• With Strong personality
• With strong experience in accounting system, preferably Oracle
• Has experience in managing a medium size team (5-8)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in Sarbanes Oxley
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sta Rosa, Laguna
