Family Description:

Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.

 Knowledge and Technical Skills:

• Applies knowledge of functional work area, associated processes and metrology tools.
• Performs tasks that generally have set standards and procedures.
• Prepares basic calculations, updates data, and maintains records and/or files.
• Prepares routine and samples for process Qualification.
• Able to understand process/product specification, requirement and respond to OCAP(out of control action plan) defined.
• Able to explain issue through data interpretation and SPC charts
• Demonstrates basic troubleshooting and problem analysis skill
• Demonstrates proficiency with applicable system, metrology tools, software.

• Follows standard data and situational analysis practices and procedures from which answers can be readily obtained.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Vocational/ Technology Graduate
• Manufacturing working experience with process knowledge is an advantage
• Able to perform defect & data analysis, problem solving and capable of performing systematic data mapping/collection
• Able to read and understand SOP in English
