Your Mission: As our Senior Channel Analyst, based in Binan, Laguna and reporting to the Global Business Analytics and Support Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of channel development market trends and dynamics supporting channel managers in channel programs and project management.

 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

 

  • Proactively develops and keeps up-to-date in-depth knowledge about Channel Development and Market trends and Dynamics in collaboration with the Channel and Market Intelligence Manager.
  • Supports Channel Managers in the implementation of the Channel Programs.
  • Supports development and progress of specific Projects.
  • Develops reports, dashboards, etc that allow to measure Partner Program results, services adoption and overall Performance.
  • Collects, Manipulates, and Analyzes Large Data in Technical and Systematic way
  • Designs and creates complex reports and analyses in the form of visualization such tables, graphs, charts and dashboards
  • Interprets and constructs complex data model
  • Identifies patterns in data
  • Performs basic statistical analysis of business data
  • Performs process improvement work on current reports, projects and tasks, when necessary
  • Runs requirement gathering for Salesforce, Sunpower One, Qliksense, third party sources,…
  • Supports and/or leads delivery of BI projects
  • Backups and Support other colleagues in BI whenever necessary.
  • Adhoc tasks as assigned by manager

Essential for your Success:

We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway! Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills. 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance/Accountancy, Business Administration/Management, Engineering or other related fields
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in excel reporting and visual basics
  • At least 1-2 years experience in project management in line with reporting
  • Ability to process data to support data analysis, highly organized and attentive to details
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledgeable of and has experience with geography (US / EU/ AU), customs and general business parameters.
  • Willing to work on EMEA schedule

 

It would be Nice if You Have:

 

  • Strong knowledge of CRM (SFDC) and Analytics tools (QLiksense, Power BI…)
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools. (Monday.com,…)
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional business organizations, service-oriented and can effectively manage client requests
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate with people from all levels and multi-cultures
  • Can work with minimum supervision with a strong desire to learn and accept new challenges; results and process-oriented
