Are you ready to power positive change?  

 

Your Mission: As our Business Intelligence Developer, based in Binan, Laguna and reporting to the Global Business Analytics and Support Services Manager, you will collaborate with various departments to identify user requirements, develop and maintain BI applications, and ensure data integrity and usability. This role involves significant data modeling, visualization, and reporting tasks, alongside troubleshooting and improving existing applications.

 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

 

  • Collaborating with Customer Operations, Channel, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Finance to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
  • Develops dashboard/applications with specific focus on Downstream activities
  • Implement various data modeling, visualization, and reporting techniques
  • Extracting, transforming, writing scripts, and loading data from multiple sources into BI platform
  • Testing and deploying programs and applications
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing applications
  • Validates and maintains developed reports.
  • Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve BI platform performance
  • Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing BI application
  • Developing technical documentation to guide future BI development projects
  • Creates and maintains Universal Project Tracker which includes work breakdown, structure, etc.
  • BI Tools data refresh monitoring
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance/Accountancy, Business Administration/Management, Engineering or other related fields
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in programming and business intelligence
  • Proficient in programming and scripting language (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, BI Language, VB, VBA, QlikView, QlikSense)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel and Macro
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional business organizations, service-oriented and can effectively manage client requests
  • Ability to process data and formulate plan of action to support data analysis, highly organized and attentive to details
  • Willing to work on EMEA schedule

 

It would be Nice if You Have:

 

  • Knowledgeable in system architecture
  • Knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworks
  • Experience in global work environment
  • Advanced database administration skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate with people from all levels and multi-cultures
  • Can work with minimum supervision with a strong desire to learn and accept new challenges; results and process-oriented
  • With organizational skills and can work independently, able to challenge status quo
