The Staff FP&A Analyst will be responsible to perform consolidation functions of financial data (COGS) specific for the manufacturing business units of the company (PH, MY, US, SG). The position will be directly reporting to FP&A Department Manager.


Job Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

  • Present financial results and reporting packages to the business leads, his direct staff and senior finance management team.
  • Provides FP&A support on AOP, MYP, BOQ and CRR process; Period end close, and ACT reporting; Variance analysis and fluxes.
  • Develops financial models to support strategic and growth initiatives and influence business decisions via scenario planning.
  • Design and generate operational metrics and monthly reporting packages for Financial Services and drives improvements in existing packages.
  • Drive process and system enhancements based on performance metrics.
  • Assists in the definition and standardization of the enterprise Finance processes with focus on reducing financial close cycle time, maximizing the automation of controls and business rules, meeting required SOX and audit requirements.
  • Identifying gaps and creating resolution options along with a recommended best-in-class solution/practice as a guide for effective planning process
  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations.




Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Advanced degree in CPA, MBA, CFA, CMA is an advantage.
  • 5 yrs. experience in relevant field.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem – solving skills.
  • Strong multi – tasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting groups and stakeholders in multiple sites.
  • Manufacturing background with in – depth knowledge of cost accounting, and financial reporting for a manufacturing organization.
  • Knowledgeable on financial tools – Anaplan, Oracle.
  • Willing to work on flexible time to support various time – zone.
