SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Staff Facilities Project Supervisor is responsible for managing Facilities projects and building maintenance for Maxeon (Fab4).  The Staff Facilities Project Supervisor reports to the Senior Facilities Department Manager.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT SUPERVISOR

  • In-charge to manage Facilities CSA projects, building maintenance, and related permitting at Fab4
  • Manage conceptual planning, design, budgeting, RFP, N-EPRs, cost tracking, spending controls, value engineering, EPCM, consultants, and success of projects
  • Plan, budget, and schedule facilities modification including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs
  • Establish Project Budget Planning
  • Design and develop organizational project policies relevant to the Facilities Department
  • Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion
  • Engagement with contractors, vendors, suppliers and other external parties should be guided by a code of ethics at all times
  • Represent Maxeon where needed or authorized in a professional manner, without disclosing confidential information
  • Interact with Tool vendors and provide technical support for the completion of projects/tool install
  • Ensure compliance of internal controls/audit findings and corporate/ local government, National/International Environmental and Safety requirements
  • Manage and maintain updated as-built drawings for all utilities and CSA drawings
  • Facilitate related permits for PEZA, BFP, DOH, and other government agencies
  • Responsible for the installation and coordination with local and foreign contractors in the implementation of plans, commissioning, and startup of Facility machinery and equipment

 

BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

  • Manage all the Building Maintenance personnel
  • Forecast and manage the budget for the building maintenance
  • Manage the maintenance of utilities supporting the offices, Fab areas, comfort rooms, cafeteria, and other areas of Fab4
  • Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure their competency.
  • Interaction with other departments for the overall building maintenance of the entire factory.
  • Provide strategic/tactical direction to staff and management team on the attainment of Company goals and objectives
  • Lead, motivate, manage and develop high-performing Facility staff.
  • Encourage teamwork at all levels and between departments and remain accessible at all times.
  • Reachable on a 24X7 basis thru company provided communication tool
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
  • Comply to the Environment, Health, and Safety, and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules, and regulations at all time

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements  

  • Educational: Licensed Civil, Architectural or Structural Engineer
  • Experience: 10 years experience in Facilities Project Management and Building Maintenance
  •  Skills/Competencies
    • Good leadership and management skills
    • Has the ability to communicate effectively
    • With Good presentation skills
    • Very knowledgeable in building maintenance management
