SUMMARY OF ROLE

 

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide data-driven insights and reporting solutions that support talent acquisition strategies and decision-making processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting recruitment data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize talent acquisition efforts. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in reporting tools and systems, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition metrics and processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to talent acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of talent acquisition reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements, and proactively identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Design and implement standardized reporting templates and processes to ensure consistent and timely delivery of recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting systems.
  • Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting support to address specific talent acquisition inquiries or requests.
  • Partner with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities and automate data collection, analysis, and visualization processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in talent acquisition reporting and analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data and insights to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, workforce planning, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Train and support Talent Acquisition team members on reporting tools and systems, and provide guidance on data interpretation and utilization.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition reporting, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in utilizing reporting tools and systems, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software, to create and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition metrics, processes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases, and experience extracting and manipulating data for reporting purposes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Continuous learning mindset and passion for staying updated on reporting and analytics trends and technologies.
