The HR Shared Services Specialist serve as primary support for manager and employee inquiries related to HR offerings, Policies, procedure, system processes, guidance and programs. The HR Shared Services Specialist-reports to the HR Technology and Shared Services Team Lead.


Role Purpose

Provide first line, Tier 1, HR support for employees, managers and HRBPs / HR Reps. for all workforce administration activities related to the end to end employee life-cycle processes and continuous improvement.


Role Accountabilities

  • Tier 1 HR Service desk - efficient ServiceNow day-to day ticketing administration for global shared services
  • HRIS (SuccessFactors) Data management/administration i.e., Employee Central, Recruitment Module, Onboarding Module, Performance & Rewards, Learning etc.
  • HR Systems navigation support for self-service/T0 offerings
  • E-filing of employee documents
  • Ensure knowledge base contents are up to date i.e., DMS, Intranet, AskHR Portal etc.
  • Support continuous assigned improvement projects
  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
  • Performs other duties may be assigned


Knowledge and Experience

Experience in HR Services / Advisory, customer service, terms & conditions administration, HRIS (SuccessFactors preferred), ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)


Skills & Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduate
  • University degree (Bachelor) in Human Resources, IT, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field preferred
  • Preferred experience working in an HR Shared Services setting, hr information systems and participation in continuous improvement projects
  • Open to shifting schedule
