Are you ready to power positive change?  

 

Your Mission: As our Global People Services Senior Specialist, based in Binan Laguna and reporting to the Global People Services Team Lead, your role will be pivotal in providing Tier 1 – HR and LMS support for employees, managers, and HR Partners globally.

 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

 

  • Provides technical support, respond, and resolve issues regarding all aspects of the SuccessFactors (The Grid) Learning (LMS)
  • Defines and maintains standard operating procedures and best practices for the use of LMS in the company to meet its priorities.
  • Leads the configuration of LMS to meet business requirements and coordinate testing and implementation of system changes.
  • Provides technical support for courses developed internally and ensure quality of courses housed in LMS through regular review/audit of course status.
  • Maintains content within the LMS by creating, uploading and updating modules or courses.
  • Ensures compliance with LMS and training course standards and policies through regular audits.
  • Deliver routine LMS reporting and respond to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests.
  • Maintain accurate and complete LMS records.
  • Serve as back-up for Tier 1, HR support for employees, managers and HRBPs / HR Reps. for all workforce administration activities related to the end-to-end employee life-cycle processes and reporting when required.
  • Leads/participates in continuous improvements initiatives Ensure HR service requests are processed timely and with high quality.
  • Complete other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course or equivalent experience in LMS/customer service or Successfactors certification
  • With at least 2 years of LMS support and Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) experience
  • Strong customer service ethos and good communication skills

 

It would be Nice if You Have:

 

  • Experience in creating content using eLearning authoring tools and has working knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.
  • Working with global stakeholders (APAC, EMEA and Americas)
  • Background in HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Experience in leadership and coaching
