SUMMARY OF ROLE

Creation and update of various sales operations reports that includes but not limited to pipeline reporting, business unit dashboards, sales scorecards, Demand reporting, generating sales database reports, and other required sales report.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and maintain reports per region, integrating both Actual and forecast to see overall attainment as compared to Quarterly Targets. Analyzing and reporting any changes that will drive decision making among sales team.
  • Manage publish of reports file that would help Leadership team and Pricing to manage decision making.
  • Track and determine run rate analysis, KPI reviews and forecast accuracy reporting
  • Consolidate and analyze forecast gaps, Supply issues to prepare proper communication to the business.
  • Drive monthly postmortem reviews with proper timing and revenue per Business Unit with accuracy across all channels.
  • Analyze attainments, identify risks/upsides, and provide insights on monthly variances vs Demand and vs Supply landing.
  • Define and prepare all inventories reporting to track properly slow movers, low bins, fall outs products.
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Ops to track all actions in place, review timing and next steps.
  • Provide weekly graphical representation of attainment Actual vs ODP vs BOQ, identify risks and flag any possible bottlenecks to ensure targets are reached for the quarter.
  • Support Sales team and Sales Ops for any sales operation analysis/tasks.
  • Define a tracking too to get all sales deduction. Ensure proper validation through SFDC, and control price differences
  • Extract all approved ones and any gaps. All these will be integrated within one table and will then be published to all stakeholders for review and actions
  • Provide analysis of sales deduction analysis by channel, territory, and customers in relation with customer profitability reporting
  • Summarizing volumes expectation per territory and products to understand business trends, needs, and identify any support needed.
  • Support Sales team to ensure proper, timely and accurate load. Identify any opportunities of improvement.
  • Help refine processes and continuous dashboard/excel template enhancements. Resolving operational inconsistencies and bottlenecks that are slowing down the sales team. Finding solutions to issues that often requires innovative thinking and careful consideration.
  • Conduct historical analyses, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
  • Use of spreadsheet programs to display and categorize Data which will enable the sales team to track customer behavior and other market trends.
  • Identify reports, opportunities for improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Support sales FP&A leader and his team, Sales Teams with any specific adhoc requests.

  • Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in

Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing,

Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

• Experience in sales/sales reporting, business development, research, and marketing

• Must be 3 Years & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales/Business Development/Marketing or

equivalent

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Proficient in MS applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

• Knowledgeable in Cloud Computing and Oracle is an advantage

• Internet savvy and proficient in researching for various online sources

• Time management, organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills

• Strong analytical and data analysis and problem-solving skills

• Strong business acumen

• Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively across global functional business organizations

• Quick learner and can work with minimal supervision

• Proactive with a positive can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile

• Customer-oriented, passionate, competitive and highly motivated

• Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced setting with proven ability to take initiative in any given

situation
