Are you ready to power positive change?  

Your Mission: As our Lead Network Engineer , based in Binan, Laguna and reporting to the Manager, Global Network Services, you are pivotal in developing and maintaining functional and secure networks, ensuring network performance, security, and scalability while addressing and resolving technical challenges.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

• Design, deploy, and maintain functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot escalated issues, and support both cloud and local infrastructure.
• Automate tasks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
• Create, oversee, and test security measures, including access authentication and compliance with standards.
• Plan and implement network solutions, conduct cost analysis, and coordinate with vendors for hardware and services.
• Always adheres to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Manufacturing Quality standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference

Essential for your Success:

We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway! Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills. 

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience, including 4 years in an industrial environment.
• Proficient in L2 and L3 operation support on a global scale, with a strong understanding of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, EIGRP, OSPF).
• Solid expertise in network security, including firewall policies, wireless security, cybersecurity, IPS/IDS, and DDoS protection.
• Strong knowledge of network operating systems such as JUNOS, Cisco IOS, and Aruba OS, combined with sharp troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with networking equipment, including Cisco Routers, Switches, Meraki, ASA, Juniper SRX, Aruba, Pulse Secure VPN, Palo Alto, and Cisco UCM.

It would be Nice if You Have:

• Professional certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, CISA, or CISSP
•  Experience with network design in public cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
