Summary of the Role:

Overall support to Regional Sales Managers for the end-to-end order management, partner support and client relations. Will also be accountable for customer satisfaction.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Can efficiently do order-to-cash management (end-to-end processes)
  • Will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Conducts weekly meeting with the sales and operations team
  • Prepare sales quotations and all other documentation as requested by Sales Management
  • Create Purchase Agreement and Pro-Forma Invoice
  • Receives and qualify customers’ purchase orders (PO) against allocation.
  • Creates and book customer orders into ERP system (Oracle)
  • Coordinate with respective support groups to ascertain the delivery of total customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal customer/suppliers and will work internally with Transportation Logistics, Purchasing, and Manufacturing team to prioritize material requirements
  • Consistently communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders and delivery schedules
  • Ensure that the customers are correctly billed and receive invoices in a timely manner
  • Monitor orders that are for closing for proper revenue recognition
  • Archive all the documents per SPOC Requirements
  • Review all the quality documents produced is aligned per PO and Sends approval to 3PL
  • Coordinate with 3PL warehouse for the weekly scheduled materials for receipt and shipment.
  • Answering phone calls from US Customers, potential partners and customer.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree of any course
  • Requires relevant work experiences in Order Management or Fulfillment and Customer Service
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience specializing in Order Management, Logistics, Customer Service, or BPO industry
  • Must have good command in English language (written and spoken)
  • Self-reliant and with good organization skills
  • Proficient with computer programs, specifically in MS Office Applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Preferably Oracle and Salesforce user
