Family Description

Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, customer deals, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciation, revenue recognition, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of government requirements.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide support to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team
  • Provide management with financial analysis, review and reporting for Inventory Management
  • Preparation, consolidation and submission of AOP, BOQ, Outlook and EOQ for Inventory, COGS and Inventory Turns (MOI) to FP&A Team
  • Provide consolidated analysis, review, and reporting for Budget vs Actual
  • Maintain the accuracy and reliability of data for Ad Hoc and Inventory Operations Reporting. 
  • Prepares weekly Inventory Dashboards and monthly Inventory Operations Deck
  • Support the team in the monthly and quarterly financial close process and resolution of period issues.
  • Provide analytical support for business decisions and participate/lead special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide daily operational support to the Factory & Regions
  • Perform Standard Cost Roll up on a quarterly and daily basis
  • Provide analysis on the change QoQ of the standard cost/BOQ
  • Perform review of Manufacturing Support Department
  • Develop process improvements to achieve company inventory goals
