Senior Staff, FP&A Analyst

The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and adapting current planning processes and systems. He or she will lead several process improvement initiatives including the implementation of a cloud-based forecasting, on-demand reporting, and fluctuation analyses for management and financial reporting. This position requires a strategic mindset while still being very detail oriented with the analysis and forecast of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flows.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the PMO/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to handle or lead Opex/Corp FP&A projects
  • Perform analysis and reporting of actual results, preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company
  • Coordinates the consolidation of the strategic planning process
  • Develops financial models to support strategic and growth initiatives and influence business decisions via scenario planning 
  • Partner with business leaders and provide ad hoc analyses as needed
  • Present financial results and reporting packages to the CEO, his direct staff and senior finance management
  • Work in a matrixed organization
  • Drive improvements in profitability and cash flow
  • Working closely with finance business partners, IT, Oracle team, Purchasing, R&D and other cross functional stakeholders to execute seamless budgeting process.
  • Identifying gaps and creating resolution options along with a recommended solution as best in class practice as a guide for effective budgeting process improvement in mind.
  • Provides FP&A support on the following:
    • Annual Budgeting and BOQ process
    • Consolidation of Opex Report
    • Headcount Movements and Headcount Report Maintenance
    • Spending Variance Analysis



  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels and collaborate with partners across an international organization
  • Strong business sense with the ability to utilize financial data to influence company decision making
  • Experienced in developing and presenting business plans, models, and financial forecasts to senior management including M&A scenarios
  • Detail oriented, organized and accurate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, practiced across time zones
  • Successful process improvements and system implementations with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Cross functional team participation and leadership
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic company environment
  • Willingness to own the building of complex models when needed​​​​​​​

 Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience
  • OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience 


  • BA/BS – Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • Advanced degree is an advantage – CPA, MBA, CFA, CMA, CFA
