ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Learning & Development

  • Collaborates with BU Managers thru the site HR Business Partner in creating training roadmaps for the different teams
  • Conducts organization diagnosis and pulsing to validate learning and development requirements
  • Facilitates/conducts and evaluates learning and development programs such as management and leadership development courses, communications programs, operational excellence courses, behavioral and team interventions and business unit specific programs
  • Assists the Talent Management SME and/or site HR Business Partner in designing, rolling-out and evaluating organization development programs such as: strategic and scenario planning, organization capability assessment and succession planning

Employee Representative

  • Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities.
  • Typically serves in an organization where specialists are not fully deployed.
  • May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
  • Maintains records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
  • Provides personal support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives in support Acts as Officer in-Charge in the absence of the HR Business Partner.
  • Conducts effective communication channels throughout the organization (e.g., Kumustahan, Kapihan, etc.).
  • Manages relationships, conducts sensing activities, handles labor relations.
  • Facilitates the implementation of the Code of Discipline and coordinates DISCOM meetings.
  • Coordinates employee programs.
  • Conducts exit interviews and other offboarding activities.
  • Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time that support Company and Team objectives.
  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations.
  • Performs other duties may be assigned by superior from time to time. 

 

Minimum Requirements

  • AB/ BS Psychology or Behavioral Science graduate or any business course
  • At least 5 – 7 years work experience in Employee Relations, Training & Development or Organizational Development, E-Learning Management Systems
  • Works in a team environment and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Works in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Relates well to all members of the organization
  • Well-versed in government mandated benefits and labor code
  • Demonstrates high standards of customer service and accountability for program results
