Summary Role:  

 

Maxeon is seeking a high-energy, market and customer-oriented Go-To-Market Manager as a critical member of the Product Organization. This role will be responsible for devising the complete go-to-market planning and execution on Maxeon's Beyond the Panel roadmap for its Distributed Generation market. The manager will have to make sure that products and experiences will be launched within planned budgets, costs, quality, time, customer experiences and overall product functionality. The manager will also continuously manage together with key company executives and stakeholders. Core responsibilities include the development and execution of go-to-market plans in international markets, collaboration with our Marketing & Sales organizations to drive product and solution sales, increase market share and increase profitability.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple time-sensitive go-to-market projects, be flexible and creative solving problems and engaging with a variety of stakeholders across our organization. This person must have a passion for leading product launches, P&L oriented and be capable of driving business-level decisions at all levels of the organization. This position reports to the Director of Product Management - BTP.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Go-to-Market program to launch selected product offerings in international markets
  • Take full ownership of Go-to-market execution
  • Develop excellent working relationships with the Sales, Marketing and Operations team
  • Devise product go-to-market process, plan time-lines, launch scenarios, pricing and promotions with execution teams and stakeholders
  • Manage stage-gate product development process with a focus on budgets & costs, quality, customer experience, time to market and product functionality
  • Identify and mitigate issues, risks, and barriers to successful product launches and growth
  • Proactively gather input at the right times from appropriate individuals without stalling the process; gain alignment and commitment to plans
  • Plan, prepare and follow up Senior Management steering meetings
     

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in completed by an MBA (preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Go-To-Market product launch or Program Management
  • Proven success leading product or project launches in high-growth environments
  • Experience in international environments or projects is a must
  • Solid knowledge of Go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrated project management experience using state of the art project management tools
  • Ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Experience in leadership of cross-functional teams with proven success leading multiple teams and product/feature launches in high-growth environments
  • Experience with Agile / Stage Gate product development working principles
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a good team player
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sound decision-making ability
  • Ability to remain flexible, juggle multiple priorities, & change directions as needed
  • Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset
  • Background in renewable energy, utilities or consultancy is preferred
