Job Summary  

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a world-class Principal Analyst, Anaplan EPM based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Manager – IT FP&A Systems. In an industry that is reshaping the world’s energy future, there's no better place to be. 

This role focuses on delivering end-to-end IT FP&A solutions, collaborating closely with FP&A business leaders and IT teams to provide technical consulting and implement industry best practices. The position requires deep expertise in Anaplan solutions and finance modules, with responsibilities spanning solution architecture, implementation, support, and lifecycle management. The role contributes to achieving our organization's goal of a sustainable future by optimizing finance, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing operations through innovation.

You'll be responsible for:

• Provide expertise in FP&A IT solutions and best practices, guiding solution selection and process enhancement.
• Translate business requirements into system capabilities and ensure alignment with IT strategy and roadmap.
• Support FP&A Anaplan application 24/5, with on-call support for critical incidents.
• Collaborate with domain consultants to assess cross-process impacts and develop solutions.
• Ensure solution design documentation and governance, and manage project activities related to Anaplan application and integrations.
• Configure and maintain Anaplan applications to meet business needs, including data management and user support.
• Conduct end-user training on Anaplan models and processes, and support audit requirements, including SOX controls.
• Drive solution adoption and performance measures, and lead or collaborate with technical developers as needed.
• Act as an escalation point for project issues, identify roadblocks, and communicate status to stakeholders. 

You should bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 10-12 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting EPM systems, with a focus on Anaplan.
• Expertise in FP&A process development, architecture, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan EPM system and data integration architecture.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation.
• Experience supporting internal audit, SOX audit, and GDPR requirements, along with Anaplan certifications.
• Proficiency in Anaplan functions and troubleshooting data import and formula errors.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in diverse environments.
• Agile environment experience preferred.

It would be Nice if You Have: 

• ITIL/ITSM/PMP certification
