Are you ready to power positive change?  

Your Mission: As our Lead Functional Analyst - Oracle SCM (Procurement)  based in Madhapur, Hyderabad and reporting to the Manager – Enterprise Systems (S2P, WMS & Quality), your role will be pivotal in delivering end-to-end IT solutions that streamline and optimize the organization's supply chain operations. You will serve as the domain expert, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into system capabilities. Your primary responsibilities include providing expert advice and support for Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, and WMS, as well as Enterprise Command Center dashboards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, impact assessment, and solution design across processes, systems, and data. Additionally, you will play a key role in system implementations, rollouts, testing, support, and maintenance, driving adoption and monitoring performance metrics to enable the organization's sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Leading Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end system capabilities for Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, and WMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, impact assessment, and solution design across processes, systems, and data.
  • Oversee system implementations, rollouts, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Optimizing Performance and Adoption:

  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Drive solution adoption by working closely with stakeholders, providing training, and ensuring user-friendly experiences.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing expert advice and support to stakeholders on Oracle SCM functionalities and best practices.

Ensuring Compliance and Security:

  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX controls, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with information security teams to implement secure solutions that protect sensitive data and maintain business continuity.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 7-9 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.X) Supply Chain Management (SCM) or similar platforms.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end Source to Pay / Procure to Pay business processes, with a strong understanding of system and data integration architecture of Oracle EBS R12.2.X.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, and subject matter experts.
