Your Mission: As our Lead Analyst - SFDC, based in Madhapur, Hyderabad and reporting to the Sr. Manager – CRM, Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end IT CRM solutions for Products, Sales, and Marketing business processes. This role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Salesforce CRM, from planning and design to testing, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize CRM processes, solve complex problems, and expand functional capabilities. Your expertise in Salesforce, Commerce Cloud, Field Service, and integrations with various systems will be instrumental in driving innovation and enabling the organization's growth towards a sustainable green future. 

 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

 

End-to-End CRM Solution Delivery:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for new implementations, changes, or root cause fixes.
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Field Service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system, data, and integration impacts.
  • Ensure solution quality, test criteria, and deployment align with stakeholder expectations.

Integration and System Architecture:

  • Develop custom solutions, integrations, and web services leveraging Salesforce APIs and third-party cloud integrations.
  • Utilize Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, oAuth, and Single Sign-On for robust integration.
  • Design and develop process flows, architecture diagrams, and data models.
  • Manage environment, release, code versioning, and CI/CD processes using tools like Git.

Operational Excellence:

  • Provide 24x7 rotational support for P1 and P2 incidents, outages, and on-call support.
  • Act as the single point of contact for escalated system issues, impact assessment, and resolution
  • Collaborate with auditors, prepare evidence, and review SOX controls for compliance.
  • Identify roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Essential for your Success:

 

We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway! Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills. 

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • 7-9 years of hands-on experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Salesforce CRM products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Partner Communities, Force.com)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customizations and custom development (Process Builder, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, Workflows, Triggers, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder, Custom Objects)
  • Extensive experience in developing custom solutions, integrations, web services, and Salesforce APIs (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, oAuth, Single Sign-On)
  • Strong experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools (preferably Git/GitHub/Actions)
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder, and Certified Platform Developer
