Your Mission: As our Manager, Enterprise Systems - S2P, WMS & Quality based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Sr. Director – Enterprise Systems you will play a pivotal part in delivering comprehensive IT solutions for Source to Pay (S2P), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), & Quality System processes, collaborating closely with business leaders to optimize performance. It involves planning, design, and lifecycle management within these domains, contributing significantly to our organization's growth and sustainability goals.

As a Domain Expert, you'll provide hands-on guidance on IT solutions and best practices, ensuring alignment with our IT strategy and roadmap. You'll lead teams, manage project issues, and serve as a key liaison for system-related matters, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement. Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

• Overall design, build and delivery of IT solutions / architecture in the areas of Source to Pay, WMS & Quality Systems.
• Lead in S2P, WMS, and Quality domains, guiding IT solutions and best practices.
• Validate business needs and ensure solutions align with IT strategy and roadmap.
• Provide hands-on oversight for solution development and deployment, ensuring alignment with stakeholder criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive solution adoption and measure performance effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to detail requirements and impact assessments for projects.
• Serve as a point of escalation for issues, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status.
• Provide expertise to optimize processes and enhance business performance.
• Ensure 24x5 application support within agreed SLAs, including on-call support for critical incidents.
• Estimate resources and efforts for projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a SPOC for escalated system issues, driving containment fixes and permanent resolutions.

Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference

Essential for your Success:  

We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway! Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.X), Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Extensive experience in Direct and Indirect procurement business processes.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and Global rollouts for reputable MNC’s.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post-production support, and documentation.
• Proven leadership skills in building and managing IT functional teams. 

It would be Nice if You Have: 

• Experience in Supply Chain Management systems beyond Source to Pay (S2P) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in optimizing business processes.
• Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile Scrum, showcasing proficiency in managing IT projects effectively.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks beyond Internal Audit, SOX Audit, and GDPR, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS, depending on the industry.
• Previous exposure to sustainability initiatives or green manufacturing practices, aligning with the organization's goal of achieving a sustainable green future.
