Your Mission: As our Principal Analyst – Coupa S2P  based in Madhapur, Hyderabad and reporting to the Manager – Enterprise Systems (Source-To-Pay) you will play a critical role in driving the solution architecture and delivery of end-to-end IT solutions for Coupa Source to Pay and Coupa Expenses business processes. This position is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, testing, supporting, and enhancing the enterprise IT supply chain management (SCM) domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical value-add consulting and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Your expertise in Coupa S2P, Contract Life Cycle Management, and Expenses modules will be instrumental in optimizing business performance and achieving our goal of sustainable growth through innovation.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

• Drive end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for Source to Pay domain, ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
• Provide hands-on expertise in Source to Pay domain IT solutions and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into system capability needs.
• Collaborate with domain consultants for impact assessment and solutioning.
• Ensure thorough solution design documentation and governance.
• Lead implementation and support of Coupa applications, including project activities and integrations.
• Serve as point of escalation for project issues and system support, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee Coupa S2P, CLMA, and Expense modules support in a 24x5 environment, including on-call availability.
• Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to ensure compliance and governance.
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to drive adoption and performance of solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with test criteria.

Essential for your Success:

We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway! Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills. 

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, finance, accounting, or business administration.
• Hands-on experience in Coupa's Supplier Information Management (SIM), Sourcing, Contract Life Cycle Management (CLMA), and Procure to Pay modules.

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting the Coupa Source to Pay application.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end Source to Pay business processes.
• Strong understanding of system and data integration architecture of the Coupa Application.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post-production support, and documentation.
