Job Summary  

 

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a world-class Principal Analyst – SFDC based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Sr. Manager – CRM, Sales & Marketing. In an industry that is reshaping the world’s energy future, there’s no better place to be.  

 

In this role, you'll lead the architecture and delivery of end-to-end IT CRM solutions, specifically focused on Salesforce.com (SFDC), in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leaders. Your expertise will drive technical consulting, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and a deep understanding of SFDC modules and integrations. You'll play a pivotal role in our organization's growth, contributing to our vision of achieving a sustainable green future by innovating Sales & Marketing, Corporate Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply chain operations through SFDC.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide hands-on expertise in CRM domain IT solutions & best practices to guide the choice of IT solutions and process performance.
  • Extrapolate business requirements into end-to-end system capability needs, ensuring alignment with CRM domain, IT strategy, and roadmap with detailed solution design documentation and governance.
  • Lead all project activities related to SFDC and Integrations with other critical systems like Oracle ERP in an enterprise eco-system.
  • Provide 24x5 support on CRM modules with on-call support for critical incidents during weekends/holidays.
  • Collaborate closely with other domain consultants to ensure cross-process, systems, data, and integration impact assessment and solutioning.
  • Liaise with third-party application vendors for seamless integration and uninterrupted operation of various tools and systems.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing Salesforce components and automations to streamline processes and improve system efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, prepare for SOX controls, provide supporting evidence, and review SOX controls with reviewers.
  • Drive platform maintenance including sandbox refreshes, SSO, validation of features on Salesforce releases, and ensure alignment with CI/CD DevOps process for release management.
  • Work with customer stakeholders to drive adoption and solution performance measures, serve as a point of escalation for project issues, identify roadblocks, and develop mitigation plans.

 

 

 

 

 

 

You should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Partner Communities, and Force.com.
  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce customizations, including Process Builder, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers, and Custom Objects.
  • Proficiency in developing custom solutions, integrations, and web services using Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, OAuth, Single Sign-On, etc.
  • Strong experience in environment and release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools, preferably Git (GitHub/Actions).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Partner Community, and Field Service.
  • Exposure to Digital Engagement and Pardot is desired.
  • Minimum three end-to-end system implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude, ability to build productive cross-departmental relationships, and thrive in an agile environment.
