Are you ready to power positive change?  

Your Mission: As our ServiceNow Developer, based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to Senior Manager, IT Operations 24/7, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, developing, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications, processes, and modules. This role involves providing support and troubleshooting for existing processes or modules and collaborating with various teams and vendors to ensure the smooth operation and improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

 

  • Gather requirements on ServiceNow application/processes/modules and, develop and implement the application/enhancements. 
  • Determine problem areas within current framework and recommend solutions
  • Develop processes with ServiceNow to improve user access and navigation
  • Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget
  • Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition
  • Conduct staff training on new procedures
  • Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors and team members
  • Troubleshoot platform related issues.
  • Engage with ServiceNow vendors as needed for requirement studies, enhancements, support, and projects involving Maxeon staff and GHD
  • Administrating software licenses, comprises licenses, annual renewals and procurement
  • Assist in providing statistical and usage information for software licenses
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a development role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification
  • Adequate client-facing, interpersonal and communication skills

 

It would be Nice if You Have:

  • Adequate knowledge of Data Management (sort, summarize, graphing, more) in Microsoft Excel.
