Summary of Roles:

  • Collection Activities. Interact with customers directly to resolve outstanding receivables
  • Prepare, analyse and submit various AR Reports to Management
  • Perform monthly closing Activities
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose solution on issues
  • Assist with any Audit requirements by providing requested details and responding within required time frame
  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Family Description:

Provides analysis and interpretation of the customers’ financial status for proper evaluation of risk and the establishment of proper credit limits. Interacts with sales support, customer service and accounts receivable in reconciling accounts. Prepares recommendations and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts. Analyzes and reports on credit memo and write-off activity. Monitors and communicates credit concerns to leadership.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4+ years of related experience
  • OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
