Maxeon is seeking for a 2 years apprenticeship focused on Business and Administrative management.

  • You will be part of the Sales department. Your primary role will be to produce and deliver compliant proposals (commercial and technical offer) within customer defined requirements and timeframes. You will work cross functionally with relevant service product, legal, logistic department to gather required information

 

 Essential Tasks:

  • Scope: Region is EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Support the Key Accounts / Sales Managers in identifying key skills and individuals required for the bid/proposal response: from $2M to $200M.

  • Manage and update the document repository (Sales Library) for bid and proposal responses. Classified and update re-usable content including case studies, references, quality standards, compliance and company information in the Sales Library 

  • Manage document templates and ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
  • Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format and maintain and make available master document sets
  • Coordinate and review/edit input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Client Engagement, Solution Architect, Digital Practices, Industry teams, specialised product teams, project/program delivery, marketing, finance and legal
  • Coordinate and maintain certifications updates of Racking manufacturers through Sales Library and French Maxeon website.
     

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (equivalent BAC +3) or Business school to prepare a Master degree or Engineering School degree required, with a 2 years contract of apprenticeship, in Business, Administrative Management and/ or legal.

  • Fluency in English (daily speaking),

  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power points, Word, Sharepoint…) and CRM tool is a plus (Salesforce)

  • Excellent analytical and synthetic thinking
  • Autonomous and highly organized (strong time management/ prioritization skills)
  • Excellent attention to detail
