Prepares the group tax provisioning in accordance with US GAAP ASC740 standards for quarterly and year end reporting.  This includes preparing a q-o-q / y-o-y flux analysis, preparing tax booking entries  and supporting them with documentation for external auditors review. Prepares and reviews international tax returns and reports as well as resolves issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers. Responsible for meeting all required deadlines. Maintains current knowledge of international tax laws affecting the company. 


  • Experience with preparing tax provision packages under the ASC740 US GAAP standards 
  • Ability to learn new tax technology application (Longview) 
  • Reviews international tax returns and proposes provision to return adjustments for tax reporting
  • Applies developed subject matter knowledge to address and resolve common and complex issues within established guidelines.
  • Recommends new approaches and alternatives to improve the tax reporting process

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience
  • OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
  • Experience with US GAAP tax provisioning under ASC740
  • Prior Use of Oracle ERP system and/or Longview tax application will be a plus
  • Able to deliver quality work under time pressure, especially during quarter close.
