Maxeon is looking for a passionate marketing B2B content producer & automation specialist who is experienced in the full gamut of writing for B2B audiences, telling modern, dynamic and warm audience-centered narratives for a variety of channel audiences. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B community engagement, writing (in English) product, event, news communications. We need an innovative, fast-moving, creative yet data-driven content producer and automation builder to take our channel communication to a new level.

You have the ability to adapt your writing style for different channels, media, and personas so that your words immediately resonate with the intended audience. You are skilled at building B2B engagement and nurture programs with a mindset for measurement and step-by-step improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Head of EMEA Marketing to craft the content journey all along our dealers / resellers / customers’ lifecycle marketing, from on-boarding to engaging, nurturing, increasing stickiness, loyalty and share-of-account.
  • Partner with Content, Email, Product marketing and Creative teams to drive the development of email communications, in-app messaging, and marketing kits to nurture prospect and client relationships.
  • Write, edit, and project manage high-quality content to align with key personas, brand, voice, and the buyers’ journey. Projects could include:
  • Creative email teasers, events invitation sequences, product launch campaign
  • Email newsletters
  • Newsfeed content and blogs
  • B2B2C content syndication for emails, social media, advertising campaigns based on our global B2C content
  • B2B landing pages
  • Write in English and adapt it to 3+ key B2B audience types / 10+ regions / 8 languages
  • Craft and run successful marketing campaigns, automation and content syndication campaigns across 8 core focus countries
  • Help create and contribute to an EMEA marketing content calendar, determining targets and timelines
  • Define key objectives and priorities together with Head of EMEA Marketing
  • Monitor, track, and document content performance. Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.


RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum requirements

  • 2+ years Marketing experience in copywriting and mapping audience nurturing journeys, with deep understanding of demand generation, B2B customer journey, B2B2C content, campaign automation and more generally channel / network / partner or franchise marketing
  • University degree in Marketing / Literature / Digital copywriting or equivalent
  • Languages: native English with bilingual or proficient level in at least 1 other language. Any additional languages are a highly valued asset.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience of working successfully with a global, international or complex, team structure, managing several languages and translations
  • Hands-on, autonomous, result orientated individual with a strategic mind
  • Computer literate: MS Office including collaboration tools. knowledge of SalesForce.com, Oracle, digital automation and campaign management tools (Hubspot or equivalent), project management tools (Monday.com or other) An experience in PRM platforms is an asset.


Preferred requirements

  • Experience working in an International Corporation or with an international team and overcoming time zone challenges is an asset
  • Previous experience in energy, renewables or solar industries is an asset
  • Good data analysis skills, with an understanding of data, patterns and trends


OTHER INFORMATION

  • This remote position is based in France (Lyon office), alternatively could be based in Spain (Madrid) or Germany (Dusseldorf)
  • Up to 10% of domestic or European travels required
