Maxeon is looking for a passionate Website Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team.
We are at an exciting turning point for our company, transforming the way we solve our customers energy pain points and evolving our offering to become the preferred clean energy solution brand for consumers in 2025. The Web Manager will be a key player in this transformation and is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing our new websites with the latest technologies and a focus on the Customer experience.
The right person has an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Managing multiple websites, you are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, fantastic web content creation and writing skills and extreme attention to detail.
To ensure success, the website manager must display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX). This position reports into the Digital Marketing Director.
This remote/ homebased position can be in any Locations within Spain.
Job Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's websites collaborating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure that the websites align with the corporate strategy and meet our business goals

Plan and develop website functionalities, in collaboration with our product team, to support changing marketing and business priorities.

Support essential marketing operations initiatives, such as mapping out and managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.

Drive relationships and work with cross-functional teams to develop and manage the site strategy and content roadmap, anchored to product launches, marketing initiatives, and key business objectives

Help to build & manage an intake process that translates stakeholder requests into web deliverables, working to prioritize based on delivery dates and business criticality

Manage the creative development, user experience, functionality and content feedback on the website on an ongoing basis in service of our business marketing goals

Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues and security breaches.

Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.

Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.

Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.

Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.

Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites

Scope and implement a web performance tracking approach, such that internal teams have clear visibility into success of our web tests & initiatives
Job Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification

3+ years of work experience as a Website Manager

Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems

Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript.

Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC).

Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.

Able to manage project deadlines and deliverables and multitask on a variety of projects.

Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Excellent web content creation and writing skills.

Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

Able work collaboratively in a team environment.

Able to interact effectively with and direct external vendors through long-term efforts.

Experience with image and video manipulation tools.

Languages: English full proficiency is a must. Knowledge of a second European language is preferred.
