Are you ready to power positive change?  

 

Your Mission: As our Contract Administrator based in Binan, Laguna and reporting to the Legal Counsel, Global Supply Chain, your role will be responsible working as part of the Legal Department with primarily responsible for managing contract administration and corporate records.

 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

 

General Responsibilities

 

  • Assist with all relevant tasks, projects and assume additional responsibilities as and when required by members of the Legal department, including the Global Supply Chain Legal Counsel, and business leaders associated with contracts and records management.
  • Identify documents and records subject to relevant Maxeon policies related to legal hold, records retention, and other compliance requirements.
  • Support policy enforcement and policy revisions as required.

 

Contracts Administration

 

  • Assist the Legal team and business users with contract documentation, templates, and records management. Including updating the contract templates.
  • Act as the main point of contact to guide users on using various corporate systems for contract, vendor, document, and records management and review NDA redlines using Maxeon NDA playbook.
  • Monitor contract workflows (termination, renewals, and other relevant terms) and identify contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service/Sales Agreements and Scopes of Work, that need to be further reviewed or approved before execution in accordance with Maxeon’s Corporate Approval and Signature Policy.

 

Records Management (RM)

 

  • Ensure proper management of electronic and physical company records at Maxeon, following company policies and procedures, and coordinate with records coordinators (RCs) to ensure departmental compliance with records management (RM) policies and the Records Retention Schedule (RRS).
  • Identify, classify, retain, and dispose of electronic records using the RM system in collaboration with RCs.
  • Serve as a liaison between user departments on issues of record retention and disposition.

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate.
  • Knowledge and experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (e.g. COUPA, Salesforce and others)
  • With previous experience as a paralegal or in contract administration within a multinational corporation (MNC).  
  • Aptitude to learn and work with various IT systems and processes.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate and collaborate effectively with everyone.

 

It would be Nice if You Have: 

  • Proficiency document management systems and Global stakeholder management.
  • Experience with automated workflow management tools.
