Summary of role

To perform tool UPH and headcount utilization study, monitoring and analyzing tool OEE performance and drive productivity and cost improvement projects to achieve company targets

Area/Department: IE Cost Department

Reporting to: IE Manager

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform OEE analysis and identify improvement opportunities to maximize fab capacity.
  2. Provide the best layout option for production process flow and ensure the layout is updated.
  3. Perform time study on man and machine and define optimum resources for production.
  4. Co-work with different departments for all the UPH/OEE and productivity improvement projects.
  5. Prepare regular OEE report and chair weekly OEE improvement meeting
  6. Coach IE Technicians on time study methodologies and OEE analysis.
  7. Responsible for establishing/maintaining production tool capacity models

 

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years in industrial or manufacturing field
  3. Has the ability to identify areas for improvement to optimize machine/man utilization and fab capacity.
  4. Has the ability to do workplace layout considering the material flow and impact on the overall plant layout.
  5. Excellent in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and AutoCAD.
  6. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  7. Excellent presentation skills.
  8. Team player with positive attitude and mindset.
