To responsible in Solar Cell & Module Reliability qualification, assessment, and assurance thru engineering judgment with the responsibility to implement systems and activities relevant to RMP and Non-RMP/Qualification plan.
•    Asses, plan, establish, organize, direct, control, and coordinate Maxeon’s reliability activities, test capabilities and capacities on both Cell IBC/PERC and IBC Module products.
•    Work closely with Singapore R&D REL team to deploy new test requirements for advanced high efficiency state of the art cell and module products using next generation manufacturing technologies.
•    Support Product Reliability issue management and drive for improvement.
•    FMEA support for new products, technologies, and design changes
•    Non-RMP (EC & TCR) Technical Sponsor for the product reliability risk assessment. Risk assessment finalization with R&D REL team.
•    Non-RMP (PCR/MRB) to provide first level product reliability risk assessment.
Minimum Qualification
•    Degree, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering Mechanical/ Mechatronic/Electromechanical/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent
•    Minimum 4-5 years of Product Quality/Reliability/Failure Analysis/Risk Assessment and Management
•    Knowledge in Reliability Physics and Failure Mechanism.
•    Knowledge in Reliability equipment’s preventive maintenance and service.
•    Proficient with data analysis tools such as JMP & Minitab
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, management teams, and customers
•    Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to strive for continuous improvement
•    Knowledge in quality control tools such as Flowchart and Fishbone diagram, Eight Disciplines problem solving tool and Statistical Process Control (SPC) such as control charts and histograms
Preferred Requirements
•    Familiar with IEC and UL PV Module Qualification Requirement
•    Professional cert on ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer and Failure Analysis knowledge would be an advantage.
•    Demonstrated problem solving ability using statistical and quality systems knowledge
•    Demonstrated ability to lead and drive for resolution through analytical driven presentations
•    Able to converse in English as primary language and Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia as a secondary language. Good written English.
