Are you ready to power positive change?  

Your Mission: As our Transportation Specialist based in Lyon, France and reporting to the EMEA Transportation and Distribution Manager, your role will be pivotal in our progress towards building a best-in-class customer experience. The main objective of the transportation specialist will be to deliver the right product to customers on the promised date, at an optimal cost with high quality, safety, and the best possible sustainability.

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change: 

• Organize and monitor deliveries of solar panels and other products from our warehouses in Europe and/or factories to our end customers, from receipt of the transport order to delivery.
• Coordination with our transport service providers and our warehouses.
• Guarantee the completeness and accuracy of transport documents.
• Liaise with our warehouses/internal customers/partners/transport suppliers to ensure delivery to our customers on the requested date.
• Customer complaints follow up.

Essential for your Success:

We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway! Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills. 

• Bachelor’s Degree or a BTS, Master’s, business school or engineering school degree.
• Knowledge of the principles of transport and international trade and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office 360 applications (Excel, Power point, Word, Sharepoint…).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between different teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Able to work Hybrid shift : Part of the time in office/warehouse & work from home.

It would be Nice if You Have:

• Ability to deal with the unexpected and work as part of a team.
• Strength of proposal, proactivity, and excellent analytical and synthetic skills.
• Autonomous and very organized (strong mastery of deadlines / ability to prioritize).
• Sense of detail, and ability to adapt to changes related to the international transport market.
• Versatility and adaptability.
