Overall Responsibility: 

Arranging timely and accurate supply to support APAC Regional Sales channels, including supply-demand analysis, reporting, scheduling, inventory accuracy, and all relevant metrics as well as continuous process improvement.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

Planning

  • Continual analysis and reporting of the supply-demand match at all levels within APAC such as Regional, Geography, Sales Channel and Product Roadmap to support:
    • Sales Targets
    • Inventory Targets
    • Warehousing & Logistics Costs Targets.
  • Coordination with the SIOP and factory planning teams to ensure accurate and timely supply, whilst minimizing excess inventory considering updated demand profiles
  • Support NPI/EOL/QA process considering supply impacts
  • Project management of Tools to improve the efficiency of the role, including but not limited to go-live of E2PR scheduling tool

Scheduling

  • Management of supply scheduling ability by Sales/PSR to Customers
    • Manual reporting to provide visibility if required
    • E2PR scheduling tool
    • NPI/EOL/QA impacts

Inventory

  • Management of Inventory within regions 3PL warehouses
    • Compliance to inventory control process and audit requirements
    • Attainment to targets including but not limited to:
      • Days of Supply
      • Cycle count completion and results

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Management
  • Extensive knowledge in Supply - Demand Management/SIOP
  • Extensive knowledge in Inventory Management and Control
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven skills in meeting leadership, management, and group objectives.
  • Ability to develop and deliver quality presentations to management and other cross-functional teams
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft suite of programs with a focus on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in MRP Systems – Oracle
  • Experience with planning and reporting tools such as but not limited to – Qlikview, Discoverer, E2PR
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time

 

Experience and Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required. Master’s (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations & Planning
