Summary of the Role:

This TA Sourcing specialist is an integral part of Maxeons TA team and responsible to provide Sourcing support to ensure that an organization identifies the right candidate to fill hiring requirements at the most cost-efficient manner within the agreeable timeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide market insights on open roles, conduct intake meeting with hiring managers and ensure partnership to further understand hiring requirements. 
• Work with Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiters on implementing plan to ensure availability of talent from the local job market at the time of need.
• Generate leads. Develop deep labor market expertise by focusing time on engaging a specific talent segment with marketing and events.
• Establish regular and timely stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment of targets and objectives
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a meaningful experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process.
• Use available monitoring tools to measure progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies implemented for assigned searches.
• Ensure timely update of Applicant Tracking System (Success Factor) 
• In depth understanding and execution of recruitment programs, policies, and strategies. Recommends improvement solutions on efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition function 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in recruiting preferably from Multi-national Manufacturing/Shared Services/RPO/Renewable industries. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, Boolean searches, and referrals management
• Strong sourcing and market research skills.
• Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills, and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment
• Effective communication skills
