Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
NA DG Demand Planning
- Conducts Monthly Demand Review Meeting with corresponding stakeholders to sign off latest estimates for the 18 months rolling forecast.
- Prepare Unconstrained Demand load by ensuring proper discussion with Sales Teams
- Ensure accurate load in time of NA Demand first Thursday of each month.
- Align with Global Sales FP&A and Regional Demand Planner risk and opportunities, actions plan and allocations
- Reinforce with Sales Leaders and Products key messages to support business growth
- Maintain regular outlooks to monitor risk and opportunities to the management
NA DG FP&A
- Align with sales leaders and the management the creation of the AOP
- Align with sales leaders and the management the creation of the quarterly BOQ
- Conduct Weekly forecast update and manage Risks and opportunities
- Maintain regular outlooks to monitor risk and opportunities to the management
- Set and approve deal profitability for each powerplant opportunities
- Create for each AC and BOD deck the economics
- Inform Global Sales FP&A on trend, deviations, risks and opps
- Drive Revenues, Margin and opex control for the region
- Ensure proper tracking, forecasting and analysis of Freight cost for the region
NA DG Sales Ops
- Set processes and policies to guide the sales teams towards the company’s good practice and ensure all corporate policies are followed
- Drive NA weekly business update and reinforce key messages to the teams
- Support internal and external auditors on all audits
- Support Sales teams to achieve their targets
- Set up and coordinate all approval flows in SFDC and ensure they are aligned with corporate policies
- Support IT team to maintain and enhance the CRM system and other tools based on the stakeholder’s requirements

- Develop documents and policies to guide NA sales team (Process descriptions, manuals, how to documents, etc.)
- Coordinate activities and process between Customers ops and Countries
- Approve deal economics in SFDC and ensure alert process to any major deviations
- Maintain regular outlooks to monitor risk and opportunities to the management
- Support Sales Deduction, Agents and Rebates tracking and coordinate formal process approval
NA DG Cash Management
- Set quarterly cash targets with sales leaders based on the current financial planning, backlog and pipeline information
- Monitor actuals and submit risk and opportunities to the management
- Support sales to optimize the cash follow on contract negotiation
NA Sales Compensation
- Set annual and quarterly targets for NA sales team according to the Metrics and KPIs defined in the sales compensation plans
- Calculate quarterly accruals and actuals achievement per sales individual and align with the relevant sales leaders
- Coordinate and Support Sales team on any question they could have
- Coordinate with Global Sales compensation HR team on pending actions and fix issues
US PP Management
- Monitor actuals and submit risk and opportunities to the management
- Support sales to optimize the cash follow on contract negotiation
- Coordinate with SIOP, Customers Operations to get proper information in product plan and update sales forecast accordingly
- Review cash targets and expectations with sales leaders based on the current financial planning, backlog and pipeline information
- Ensure current forecast updated in a timing manner and accurately
US PP Board Of Directors coordination
- Analyses operational and financial data to identify trends and solutions. Volume, revenue, margin and cash-flow impact
- Prepare in time all support document for Board of Directors review and ensuring proper pre views with key contacts before sending them to CRP, CFO for sign-off
Develop in collaboration with BO FPA the proper cost roadmap
