The Director, PMO will lead the project management function across Maxeon Global Operations organization with a focus on: a) maintaining close partnership with business and HR to do system related change management while deploying Global Operations projects; b) develop and maintain a governance process to manage Global Operations investment decision and priority in the form of a multi-year roadmap; and c) facilitate across Global Operations teams to manage all formal  communication and reporting for Global Operations activities and project portfolio.



  1. PMO & Reporting:
    1. Define and maintain project management processes and templates and status of project portfolio
    2. Track and regularly publish formal reports related to all Global Operations activities including but not limited to Global Operations sites, status of project portfolio, manpower planning, resource demand and forecast etc.
  2. Governance:
    1. Coordinate work with across the Global Operations leadership team with business/functional units to identify and align strategic and tactical Global Operations initiatives required to support business strategy
    2. Run the Enterprise Global Operations Governance board to facilitate decision making with capital investment
    3. Facilitate work between teams and business/functional teams to develop business cases in support of road map projects
    4. Working within governance model to gain approval for business unit initiatives
  3. Change Management:
    1. Organize communication and training due to introduction of new systems
    2. Facilitate negotiation and establishment of Global Operations service levels and other key performance indicators
    3. Education of business units on Global Operations sites/businesses promote the value Global Operations performances to the business



  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred.
  • PMO certification required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience working with a focus on enterprise project or program management and, change management in a regional/global and diverse cultural organization.
  • Preferred experience in technology or commodity industry, or similar highly competitive industry.
  • Successful Business relationship management experience with sr. business executives
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills – can influence and work in a multi-cultural business environment  
  • Emotional intelligence - self-awareness, confidence, ability to demonstrate empathy, approachable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to articulate complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
  • Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to manufacturing investments
  • Proven negotiation and conflict management abilities
