The Global Talent Management & Organizational Development role develops and coordinates global talent, performance, culture, and I&D programs, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, People Operations, Regional HR, and HRBPs to deliver. Working with key senior stakeholders and the broader HR function across geographies and cultures, you will enable the capability uplift of our leaders and people through building on, and embedding, performance management and talent solutions, and sustained culture change to support the growth of the business.
- Design and develop global organization development initiatives including talent management, performance management, and culture strategy and tools
- Manage and lead program rollouts end-to-end in collaboration with HRBPs and CoEs as appropriate, including providing guidance and support
- Engage with business leaders and within HR to ensure programs are designed and implemented with the user experience at the center and embedment as the end goal, resulting in behavior change and increased performance, to align with Maxeon’s global priorities and 5Y plan
- Conduct surveys and analysis to improve program effectiveness, tools and supporting materials, e.g. Performance Management
- Use data to inform decision-making on program design, overall frameworks, and solutions, and incremental gains in performance, talent retention, culture and inclusion and diversity goals
- Researching best practice / evolutions in the organizational development field and applying to Maxeon’s programs for optimal solutions and capability uplift
- Support the Director Talent Management & Organizational Development in continuously improving and periodically refreshing Maxeon’s people data architecture to facilitating effective organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and culture and capability measurement.
Knowledge & Experiences:
- Experience in a talent management role, minimum 2 years, with demonstrated results in implementing talent and performance frameworks and solutions at a regional or global level
- Worked within other HR sub-functions
- Influencing senior leaders and stakeholders, leveraging data and insights, and relationships
- Experience working within global / matrix structures, with demonstrated ability to broker outcomes effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and peers
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast and complex environment that is changing
Skills & Qualifications:
- University degree (Bachelor) in Human Resources, Organisation Development or Organisational Behaviour / Psychology or related field
- Preferred exposure to Lean working environments, agile mindset/principles
