Summary Role

In this role, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle ERP responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects and enhancements to the ERP and Satellite systems leveraging Oracle financials suite and Costing systems. The right candidate will be extremely proficient in both the architectural aspects of business systems, as well as functional best practices for the teams they support.

A skilled mentor and leader, this person will work closely with their team as well as business partners, including VPs, Controllers, process excellence teams, and other cross-functional leaders, to drive a portfolio of projects to successful completion, on time and within budget.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead an integrated team of business analysts / functional consultants and developers to deliver business results covering EBS Financials Modules include General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Project Accounting (PA), iExpense, Fixed Assets (FA) and Product Costing.
  • Responsible to ensure seamless tax integration between Sabrix / Vertex systems with Oracle ERP to support core business processes.
  • Support day-to-day business operations (Application Support), Change & Enhancement Requests, Month/Quarter/ Year-end close activities, financial reporting in Oracle Finance Suite.
  • Interface with business to understand the scope and requirements. Act as the liaison with business managers, business users, and the IT execution team. Support definition of use cases, scenarios, etc.
  • Identify, design & drive strategic finance system enhancements and process improvement projects that serve Maxeon’s global accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and finance operations.
  • Develop, design, test, and manage operational processes related to business requirements.
  • Manage the financial integration plan, process, and strategy related to M&A activity. Partner and drive alignment with cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for any project issues, identify roadblocks, develop a mitigation plan and timely communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Travel to company locations from time to time is required for projects and to meet users
  • Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
  • Performs other duties may be assigned 



Minimum Requirements 

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle e-business (R12) suite, especially modules like AP, AR, CM, Fixed Assets, iExpense, General Ledger, AGIS, EB Tax, and Costing.
  • Extensive experience in Intercompany transactions is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and Global roll-outs for repute MNC companies.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post-production support, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.


Preferred Requirements 

  • Working knowledge of Hyperion, Anaplan systems is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of integrations with other SCM modules in O2C and S2P business processes is a definite plus.
  • Experience in M&A and divestiture projects.
  • Superior organizational skills with estimation and project planning experience, PMP / Agile Scrum certification
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret internal customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Experience in Semiconductor, Solar industry, or any manufacturing company
  • Experience in working with multi-vendor and multi-location projects. Experience with supporting Internal Audit, SOX Audit, and GDPR requirements.
