Summary of Role

 

This is a key role that will drive business process improvement within the Maxeon Supply Chain organization to enable a culture of excellence and delivery execution

 

This role includes business process design, monitoring & performance analysis, identification of process gaps vs best practices, and overall project managing various SC improvement initiatives to support the Supply Chain Strategy. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Directors and other key internal and external stakeholders to implement cross functional improvement initiatives

 

You will bring along Supply Chain (End to end supply chain including Procurement and Logistic) subject matter expertise to influence and manage key projects across various supply chain functions, working directly with senior leaderships to identify opportunity and solutions. You should demonstrate capabilities in areas such as –

  • SC Business Process modelling & improvement, Network Optimization/ transformation through dedicated roadmap, using typically 6Sigma methodology, Bizazi or iScore
  • Supply Chain end to end efficiency management notably based on VSM methodologies
  • Project Management, Financial knowledge

 

You will collaborate with Enterprise PMO to ensure all BPO Supply Chain projects are managed and governed in accordance with the Project Management Standards in Maxeon

 

Role Accountabilities:

  • Drive BPO projects within the domains of supply chain
  • Oversee the implementation of improvements program locally and globally, working in partnership with cross functional team to meet the objectives
  • Independently organize project teams and oversee all aspects of projects
  • Independently identifies solutions to ambiguous and complex issues
  • Provide the subject matter expertise in Supply Chain
  • Use data to analyze issues and transform them into actionable plans
  • Track & Report all SC BPO projects and financial impacts

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • APICS certification or equivalent (required)
  • Project Management certification (required)
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience working with a focus on Supply Chain Business Process Excellence, Transformation or Program Management in a regional/global and diverse cultural organization.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in Supply chain and work with limited direction
  • Proven track record in project implementation, change management, business process improvement, lean management projects
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and BI Tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to articulate complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
  • Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to manufacturing investments
  • Proven negotiation and conflict management abilities
  • Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience in supply chain function (required)
  • Strong domain knowledge in two (2) or more supply chain functions, supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing scheduling, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, SIOP or IBP.
  • Knowledge of lean management, change management and continuous improvement processes (highly desirable)
  • Experience in implementation of Supply Chain System and Process (highly desirable)
