SUMMARY OF ROLE

 

The TA and HR Ops Specialist will be responsible in sourcing and admin support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations on sourcing and general HR Ops activities.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition -50%

  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team to source candidates for current and upcoming open requisitions.
  • Develop shortlist and candidate pipeline of candidates for open requisitions to review with TA Team
  • Leverage social media and work with internal communications team as needed.
  • Schedule interviews for TA manager and hiring managers with shortlisted candidates. Follow up on interview feedback and consolidate with a summary of the feedback.

HR Operations – 50%

  • Performs MOM or government HR Operations activities as required
  • Support payroll compliance and reports
  • Support benefits administration
  • Facilitates New Hire Orientation
  • Prepares Monthly HR HC Reporting
  • Prepare data submission for compensation & benefits benchmarking surveys including furnishing information for manpower/HR related data collection requests by government agencies
  • Update employee handbook and related policy documents and templates on intranet
  • Coordinate ad hoc HR operational activities such as vendor registration and payment requests
  • Support HR Communications from time to time

 

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in recruitment, handling generalist roles in a start-up environment
  • Passion for excellence – attention to details
  • Agility to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace
  • Proven customer service, significant experience related to verbal communication skills, process improvement, problem solving, teamwork, and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources
  • Demonstrated partnering and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
