To responsible for day to day operation of Facility Operation and Preventive Maintenance (O&M) for Mechanical and Electrical System.

  • Electrical system: 132kV system, UPS, Genset, PV Solar.
  • Mechanical system: Cooling Tower, Mechanical Pump System, Chiller, Air Handler System, Compressor & Dryer, General & Scrubber Exhaust.
  • Supporting system to Electrical & Mechanical system.


  1. Execute daily O&M activities outline in the Standard Operating Procedure, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Control Plan and Out of Control Action Plan.
  2. To lead team to control and maintain good quality of facility’s supply to support production utilities requirement and specification.
  3. To execute task in ensuring operation stability, encourage bright idea implementation, coaching and people development.
  4. To involve and support in internal/external audit, cost down improvement, EHS sustainability, bright ideas, good catch and other program assigned.
  5. Observe and validate O&M change if needed and provide feedback to Facility Engineering Development section for changes of SOP for improvement, if any.
  6. To execute cost expenses within approved budget.
  7. Manage outsource team and work in a team to address day to day O&M issues.
  8. Maintain close working relationships with other Facility Department and other department engineers on Facility issues.
  9. Hiring people, provide training and development program as well as talent retention.
  10. Ensure operational excellence, build teamwork and people engagement.
  11. To ensure proper planning of spare parts, tools, consumable material to sustain operation.
  12. To involve in project expansion involving tool drain design, installation and modification.
  13. To execute Emergency Response plan in accordance to guidance by EHS team.
  14. To manage, plan and execute task assigned by superior or management.


  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, in Mechanical or Electrical or relevant field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Facility of Semiconductor Manufacturing as facility operation and maintenance. 
  3. Certified Environmental Professional in Scrubber Operation – CePSO, if operating or managing Scrubber System is advantages skill.
  4. Certified Chargeman if operating or managing electrical is advantages skill.
  5. Possess strategic Facility hand-on experience of managing Facility team.
  6. Candidate must have good supervisory and management skill to lead a team comprises of various Engineering background towards departmental goal.
  7. Candidate must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word to maintain varies budget, expense report and presentation report.
  8. Candidate must have good command in English to communicate with plant from other country.
  9. Candidate must have good interaction skill to develop teamwork within Facility and other department.  
  10. Able to work with ambiguity, be highly independent and willing to take initiative, challenge and responsibilities.
